Gassen has been providing residential management services since 1969.  These services are offered exclusively to condominiums, townhomes and cooperatives.  Our current management portfolio consists of properties ranging in size from 3 units to 400 plus units located in the 13 County metro area.

In addition to property management, Gassen Companies offers accounting, maintenance, construction and real estate services.  These services are available separately or as part of a comprehensive management plan that will be designed to meet the specific needs of your association.

In terms of personnel, the Gassen Companies hires, trains, educates and motivates the best property managers in the industry while maintaining the policy of never 'overloading' management accounts or responsibilities.  Gassen Companies property managers are routinely on-site to provide direct supervision and remain readily available to provide solutions to your problems.
